NatiVita в центре белорусско-словацкого сотрудничества

On November 25, 2016, NatiVita Company hosted a Slovak delegation headed by the Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.  Our company is the only industrial enterprise visited by Mr. Robert Fico during his first official visit to Belarus.

The close cooperation between our company and our Slovak counterpart had begun before the company establishment, as was noted by Mr. Alexey Sychov, NatiVita General Director: “It is the Slovakian counterpart who initiated the establishment of a joint pharmaceutical enterprise in Belarus”. Today, the Slovak Republic is both a technology and investment partner in the NatiVita project

We work hard on developing the Belarus/Slovakia cooperation in several directions: business, science and education, as manifested by three strategic documents signed during the official visit of the Slovak delegation.

“Signing a contract with UNIPHARMA, the largest distributor/pharmaceutical company, opens for us some perspectives for registration and distribution of our products in Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland,” – commented Alexey Sychov, “At the same time, it is essential for us to be able to conduct joint clinical research at UNIPHARMA medical establishments”.

The Agreement on R&D Cooperation, that was also signed by NatiVita and BioMed R&D Center on the same day, also carries a major scientific component.  Cooperation in this area provides an opportunity for scientific cooperation, technology and experience exchange between researchers of both countries, and for implementation of joint research for development and preparation of new medications.

The Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Cooperation in the Field of Research and Education was signed by Vitebsk State Medical University (Belarus) and Comenius University in Bratislava, Jessenius Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Center in Martin (Slovak Republic) in furtherance of the topic of cooperation in science and research, and development of scientific capacity of young researchers in the field of biotechnology,

In the course of its visit to the enterprise, the Slovak delegation also held bilateral negotiations with representatives of Belarus. We are certain that the documents signed and agreements made will open new prospects for advancement of our enterprise and for production of innovative medications.
